Villa MIU, which has a magnificent sea view, is located close to the center of Kalkan, 5-6 minutes by private car. distance. Our villa has an Infinity (infinity) pool and also has a jacuzzi feature in our pool.

All curtains in our villa are controlled system, all bedrooms have Smart TV, dressing room, private bathroom and WC, vanity table.

The master bedroom also has a bathtub with panoramic sea views.
The doors of all our rooms are sliding system and also sliding system mosquito nets are available.
There is a Generator energy supply system in our villa against possible power outages.
There is also a laundry room in our villa.

Opening directly onto the poolside, this room has a magnificent sea view. You can watch the panoramic sunset every evening while enjoying the day in our large sitting group located by the pool in front of your room.
This room offers ideal comfort for our guests with young children, especially because it has easy access to every area.

In our laundry room, we have accessories that you may need during your stay such as washing machine, iron, ironing board, laundry basket, clothes dryer, clothes pegs, vacuum cleaner with dust container, dirty basket (coloured / white with separate reservoir).

POOLSIDE, POOL AND DIMENSIONS:
There are 6 sun loungers, 3 umbrellas, 2 coffee tables, 1 hammock, 1 large rattan garden seating group and barbecue / barbecue around the pool.

Pool Length: 13 metres, Width: 4 metres, Depth 160 cm with sea view Infinity (infinity) pool with a depth of 160 cm and also has a jacuzzi feature in our pool. There is a shower at the poolside.

Pool and garden maintenance is carried out once a day in the morning or evening.
Our villa has 75% visibility protection. There is a margin of avoidance.

INTERNET / TV BROADCAST:

Due to the infrastructure of the region, there may be interruptions caused by internet service providers.
Internet usage is sufficient for e-mails, social media accounts, accessing newspapers and news sites, but there may be occasional intensity / slowness in uses such as watching films and videos, downloading files.

DAMAGE DEPOSIT:
A cash damage deposit of 15.000 TL is taken at the entrance to our villa.
Damage, loss, fracture, etc. in our villa. In the event that such situations do not occur, this fee is returned after the cleaning and control procedures are completed on the day of departure.

CHECK-IN / CHECK-OUT TIMES:
At the entrance to our villa, all our guests (including children) are required to declare their identity / passport information.
The check-in time in our villa is 16:00 in the afternoon and the check-out time is 10:00 in the morning.
In addition to the cleaning of our villa, the necessity to comply with these hours due to the necessary checks and the completion of the deficiencies, our villa guests are kindly requested.

LOCATION
Due to the geographical location of our region, it consists of settlements located on very steep mountain slopes, so there are slope roads and stabilised (dirt) roads during access to the villas.

In addition, since our villa is located in green nature and surrounded by natural olive groves, although our routine spraying is done, it is possible to encounter surprises of natural life (flies, insects, ari etc.).
